Bep Vung Cao is one of the rare restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City that serve the special soup from the ethnic people HMong in the highland of North Vietnam "Thang Co Thit Ngua". Its some kind of hotpot with horse meat. And there are some more dishes with horse meat. We also have the rare kind of black chicken that import directly by airplane from their hometown in North Vietnam.
