Four years ago (2015), in Vietnam or Saigon in particular, “Beefsteak” was defined as thin slices of beef that are placed on a cast iron pan, served with pate, bread and an omelette. The beef is thinly sliced, marinated with spices served with tomato, cucumber and salad. ELSOL was created with a steak style that changes the perception and standard of enjoying steak in the European style but still suitable for the taste and price of Vietnamese diners.
