Quan Me Vui is one of very few authentic Hues kitchens in Saigon. The cook, Mrs Huyen, came from Hue. She has a successful French restaurant but she still has a big love to her hometown's food. In this very small, but well designed bistro you can enjoy sensational and typical Hue dishes for a very Vietnamese price. The bistro is located near Tan Dinh Market, not far from city center.
