A cosy restaurant serves the authentic Vietnamese cuisine with over 100 dishes from popular regional specialties to ancient royal menu. Undertaken by Vietnam culinary ambassador Vo Quoc ( awarded by World Association of Chef Society in Paris), Mon Ngon Viet Nam also attracts foreign visitors to the cooking class and a minimart area selling home-made food and traditional cooking utensil.
