The staff was very kind and ready to fully support your travel in Sapa; facility was very clean and convenient; the hotel has a good view of Pansipan mt. in a silent location. We felt home while we were staying there.
Charming boutique hotel off the beaten track and well worth visiting the restaurant. Modern design tastefully done, pleasant ambience, really attentive and helpful staff, great Vietnamese food at a reasonable price – thumbs up all round – Excellent.
Staff speaks English and is super friendly. Food was very good and service was excellent. The duck dish was very tasty and cooked just right.
