This cafe is in the provincial capital of Dong Ha, Quang Tri Province, Vietnam. Tam, the owner, speaks english is very helpful in organizing transportation, lodging, and/or tours for travelers. This area of Vietnam is not very touristy, but this place provides a welcome alternative from eating at roadside noodle shops. Founded with a local NGO micro-loan, it used to support local deaf teenagers through employment and hospitality training.
