We ordered the ribs, loaded potatoes and MAC and cheese. I found everything to be quite average. The MAC and cheese had very limited cheese so some parts of the dish was just tasteless. The potato dish was average in taste.. portions were huge tho. The ribs was the best part of the meal- but I found the meat quite tough. Would I come back? Yes if Im craving for ribs because this is close to my place. But I reckon many other places in Melbourne would have better ribs
Been here quite a bit but not for a while, and am not sure what has happened but the new menu was just not working for us. An off night perhaps? The nachos had a great corn chip, but was really let down by having hardly any cheese, the Mac and cheese needed bags load more seasoning, as it was a little flat, and the chicken wings and ribs were a little dry. I do hope they get back to serving punchy flavours, as TGIF was always known for its generosity in servings and flavours. Service was friendly as always but unfortunately did not make up for the food.
