Returning from a long journey of more than fifteen years on islands overseas, after Estanco Mamoudzou on the island of Mayotte and Saint-Pierre on the island of Reunion, I decided I moved to Millau at the foot of this magnificent viaduct on the lands of Aveyron. A year of work for the restaurant opens 15 September 2007. My cuisine is a mixture of near and far, spicy and colorful. Specializing in fish always, I invite you to discover my restaurant. The medley is an assortment of fish accompanied by a Creole rice and a sauce made from quarry ginger, turmeric ... Indulge, for connoisseurs a rougail tomato combava or bringelle rougail. A beautiful card of Languedoc wines is available to accompany your moment in my establishment.
