- Shredded coconut, 1/2 cup (40g)
- Melted butter, 1 cup (227g)
- Brown sugar, 1 cup (220g)
- Egg, 1 standard size 7 (approximately 60g)
- Vanilla essence, 1 tsp (5ml)
- Condensed milk (optional for sweetness), 1/2 cup (120ml)
Method
