- Baileys Irish Cream: 120ml (4 fl oz)
- Milk (for custard): 600ml (20 fl oz)
- Sugar (for custard): 100g (3.5 oz)
- Puff pastry: 1 sheet (store-bought, size varies but typically around 225g or 7.9 oz
- Whipped cream (for serving): 200ml (7 fl oz)
- Honeycomb, crushed (optional for topping): 50g (1.76 oz)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Line a square cake tin with baking paper.
- Blitz the Marie biscuits in a food processor until finely crushed. Mix in the melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of the tin to form the base. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Whip the thickened cream with instant pudding and custard powder until smooth. Gently fold in the Baileys Irish Cream.
