- Filo pastry sheets: 6-8 sheets
- Butter: 100g (3.5 oz), melted for brushing
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Cook the beef mince until browned and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
