- Massel Chicken Style Liquid Stock, 2 cups (480ml)
- Soy sauce, 1/4 cup (60ml)
- Sesame oil, 1 splash
- Spring onions, chopped, 1/2 cup (120ml)
- Chicken breasts, cooked and shredded, 500g (1.1 lbs)
- Ham, diced, 200g (7 oz)
- Fried noodles, for topping, 1 cup (240ml)
- Parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Cheese, grated, for garnish, 1 cup (240ml)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180C (356F) and grease a large baking dish.
- Soften the hokkien noodles by immersing them in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
- In a bowl, whisk together cornflour and chicken stock until smooth.
