  • Olive Oil: to lightly oil grill (about 1 tbsp, 15ml)
  • Worcestershire Sauce: 1 tbsp (15ml) (for turkey mixture)
  • Mustard: 1 tsp (5g) (for turkey mixture)

Method

  • Preheat your grill to a medium-high temperature of 400-450 degrees Fahrenheit (204-232 degrees Celsius).
  • Remove the gills from the portobello mushroom caps. Lightly oil the grill rack with olive oil.
  • Place portobello caps on the grill, cooking for about 4 minutes per side until tender and nicely charred.
  • In a bowl, mix together ground turkey, mayonnaise, egg, granulated garlic, granulated onion, ground sage, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard until well combined.
