- Cherry tomatoes, 200g (7oz)
- Red onion, 1 medium, thinly sliced
- Balsamic glaze, 2 tablespoons (30 ml)
- Salsa, 1 cup (240 ml)
- Olive oil, for frying
Method
- Begin by cutting the haloumi cheese into 8 thick slices.
- Place nacho crumbs in a shallow dish. Press each haloumi slice into the crumbs, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated.
