  • 1 can (395g/14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 cup (85g/3 oz) desiccated coconut
  • For the lemon icing:
  • 2 cups (250g/8.8 oz) icing sugar, sifted
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice (additional to above)
  • Lemon zest (from above lemon), for garnish
  • Shredded coconut, for topping
  • Optional: sesame seeds, for garnish
