- Dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons (30ml)
- Oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons (30ml)
- Light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon (15ml)
- Sugar, 1 tablespoon (15g)
- Water, 1 tablespoon (15ml)
- Ground white pepper, ½ teaspoon
- Lime slices, for garnish
- Dried chilies, for garnish
- Pickled chili sauce, for serving (optional)
Method
- Soak the rice noodles in warm water until soft and pliable, about 10 minutes.
