- Black pepper, 1 teaspoon (5 ml)

Method
- Preheat your oven to 180C/350F.
- Peel and cube the russet potatoes, then rinse under cold water.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and whisk in the flour to create a roux. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Gradually add the milk to the roux, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
