- 1 cup of spiral pasta (100g)
- 1 tablespoon of butter (14g)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons of flour (24g)
- 2 cups of milk (480ml)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Additional grated cheddar cheese for topping, optional (1/4 cup or 28g)
Method
